At SOULFITNESS, we are dedicated to empowering women through fitness, wellness, and health. Our mission is to provide a safe space where women feel supported, understood, and connected—no matter where they are on their journey. We understand that the female body is unique, and for too long, women's specific health and fitness needs have been under-researched. That’s why we’ve committed ourselves to providing real, evidence-based advice, grounded in years of research on the female body.

We know that navigating fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being can often feel isolating, especially when you don’t feel seen or supported. That’s where SOULFITNESS comes in—we want to provide a way out, offering women the tools they need to take control of their health and feel less alone. Our goal is to create a community where women can share their experiences, lift each other up, and discover the best methods to reach their fitness and wellness goals.

With a deep understanding of the different stages women go through—from pregnancy to menopause and everything in between—SOULFITNESS uses real science and research to maximize the needs of women at every phase. Meet our founder!

Hi, I’m Kenzie, the founder of SOULFITNESS. I started this blog because I’m passionate about health, fitness, and helping others live a balanced, active life. My own journey to better health hasn’t been perfect, but it’s been transformative. After discovering that gluten, dairy, and sugar were causing me health issues, I decided to eliminate them from my diet. Since then, I’ve felt more energized, focused, and healthier than ever before.

Along the way, I developed a deep passion for understanding the unique needs of the female body. I realized that so much of women’s health and fitness has been under-researched, and that the specific needs of women—whether pregnant, menopausal, or at different stages of life—are often overlooked. This led me to dedicate years of research to understanding how the female body functions, what it truly needs, and how we can optimize our fitness and wellness throughout every phase of life. Helping fellow women navigate their health journeys has become an extremely important goal in my life, as I believe women deserve to feel empowered and informed about their own bodies.

Through all of this, I’ve learned that fitness isn’t about quick fixes or extreme changes—it’s about consistency, finding what works for your unique body, and enjoying the process along the way. I’m here to share everything I’ve learned, from workouts to mindset shifts, to help you reach your health and fitness goals in a sustainable way. I believe that everyone deserves to feel strong, confident, and empowered, and I’m excited to be a part of your journey!
